OUR CLASSES

  • FOUNDATION

    Get familiar with your reformer with this 50 minute class focussing on the  Pilates principles. Learn the fundamentals of reformer movement and become adept at transitioning between exercises. This class is perfect for anyone new or those wanting to improve their technique.

  • PROGRESSION

    Do you know your pilates principles and are fully familiarised with your reformer? Are you comfortably taking the final layers in foundation? Then join us in Progression. You’ll learn how to build on your existing repertoire and start incorporating some new props and moves. Perfect if you’re looking for something that combines classical and creative movements, challenging your ability in a safe environment. 

  • POWER

    The gloves are off on this one. Expect a fast-paced class with burn-building spring settings. Challenging both body and mind, you’ll move quickly between each exercise and be expected to combine intermediate/advanced moves in your sequencing.  These classes are dynamic and its assumed participants have a strong understanding of the Pilates principles and foundational strength.

  • STRETCH & RELEASE

    Helping you to release any tension and stress. These sessions will focus on helping you to find release in the hips, and open the upper back for improved posture, while helping to lengthen tight muscles in the limbs. Such a lovely class in isolation or in addition to our other offerings. 

  • ADVANCED

    Our advanced class will build on the strong foundations you already possess, exploring a new level of sequencing and movement that further challenges your strength, flexibility and coordination. You will be expected to be taking the final layer in progression to be in this class. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding your suitability.

  • WOMEN'S ONLY CLASSES

    We love to welcome men and other gender identities into our community, but we know that for a whole host of reasons, some women feel more comfortable in classes with just other women. If that’s you, join us on Thursday evening at 6:30pm.

  • POSTNATAL

    Every Thursday at 10am. Our postnatal classes are for anyone looking to reintroduce exercise after giving birth. With your physical and metal wellbeing at the forefront, our sessions incorporate stretching and adaptive movement that will help you to regain strength in a relaxed and inclusive environment.

    Please bring a blanket for your baby to lie down on. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate babies that are crawling/walking due to the equipment being used.

  • PRENATAL

    Our Thursday 6:30pm Foundation class is Prenatal friendly and ran by our lovely knowledgeable Vincente Panesar. Our classes are aimed to make you feel safe and supported whilst still enabling you to keep routine. We tailor the exercises to match where and how you and your changing body are feeling. Please get in touch ahead of the class is you require any major adaptations or have any additional considerations so we can look to accommodate you.

  • GENTLE REFORMER

    These classes are for those who are a little older and would like a slower paced class or those looking for a rehab session.

    Through guided movements and gentle exercises, you'll learn proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques essential to the Pilates practice.
